Anita has been studying, teaching and practicing the the Art of Jin Shin Jyutsu in NYC for the past 26 years. She comes from a background of teaching performing and choreographing modern dance, she has also studied yoga, numerology, mythology, the Kabbalah. Anita has also taught many self help classes included in these is SHARE (self help for women and men with breast and ovarian cancer) and cancer care centres at St. Luke's, Roosevelt and Beth Israel Hospitals, the department of Rhematology at St. Vincent's Hospital and the Hospital for Joint Diseases and the Fibromyalgia Connection at the Hospital for Joint Diseases. Through these teaching venues she has gained experience in working with people with critical labels and working in hospital settings

Book 3 is all about helping ourselves "simply" with fingers and toes - we will go through the book page by page, looking at relationships and seeing how simple it is to hold fingers and toes to help. We will also draw finger and toe charts to look at the relationships ans connections and look at what fingers and what toes help which projects and connect each to colours, attitudes, senses etc
